Submitting A Roster

Click on the LINKS below for the night of league play that your team is playing in for the season. It will take you to a Google Forms page where you will fill out your team roster. We do NOT use League Apps rosters, you must submit a Google Form Roster as linked below.

TO VIEW OR EDIT YOUR ROSTER ONCE SUBMITTED, use the EDIT link in the confirmation email you receive from Google Forms (you may have to check your Spam folder) to view or make any changes to your team roster. PLEASE DO NOT submit a 2nd roster for the same team. You can ONLY EDIT your roster up until the deadline.

Teams who have not submitted or fully completed a roster (with all last names included) by the deadline will be PENALIZED 10 POINTS AGAINST and possible game forfeits. 100% ID checks the last 2 weeks of each season.

Teams must list a minimum 8 players on their roster to include their regular players and any subs with a maximum of 12 players total listed. We will place available free agents on team’s rosters who are short of the 8 player minimum. Just type in the words “FREE AGENT” OR “SUB” on the list of names.

After the deadline no changes are allowed to the rosters except for extenuating circumstances as deemed by the Directors. DO NOT ASSUME it is okay to sub a player in that is not listed on your roster for ANY reason. It is OUR decision to approve/disapprove subs or player changes to the rosters after the deadline, not yours!  Your team will be penalized for any infractions if found even AFTER THE FACT that an illegal player was used.   Play fair and enjoy!
